北京国际设计周空降新国贸饭店！9月5日至9月25日，新国贸饭店作为北京设计周朝阳分会场之一，将在酒店公共区域与多位青年艺术家，一同打造珍式艺术项目，带你感受艺术，呼唤自然，享受生活，快看看有哪些艺术大咖光临吧！

Hotel Jen Beijing has collaborated with Design Beijing to launch a Jen-Why-Art project during Beijing Design Week from September 5, 2019 to September 25, 2019. As one of the Chaoyang venues, Hotel Jen Beijing will work with a number of young artists to create a rare art project showcasing the many possibilities of art.

闫亚星 Yan Yaxing

《未来》的创作理念源于一部科普纪录片，讲述现在的温室效应，地球万年冰川正在急速融化，危及大洋环流与地球生态平衡。导致地球表面温度和湿度的不断上升，植被会逐渐茂盛，很可能孕育出更庞大的动物！“大动物”？闫亚星一直在想它们会是什么样子？还会是曾经的恐龙吗？会和我们和睦相处吗？这一切都还是未知的，这一切都还是我们想象中的未来……

Artist Yan Yaxing once saw a popular documentary about the rapid melting of Earth’s glaciers due to the greenhouse effect. The documentary explored how this phenomenon is endangering the ecological balance both on land and in the oceans. As temperatures and humidity continue to rise on the Earth’s surface, vegetation will gradually flourish, and likely give birth to larger animals. "Big animals?" It all got Yan thinking what kind of animals they would be and what they would look like. Will they be dinosaur-like? Will they get along with us? "It’s all unknown. All this is the future we imagine."

闫亚星作为中国当代新锐观念艺术家、当代环保观念艺术家、时尚环保主义观念艺术实验者及先行者，用《未来》呼唤我们的环保意识。这五款形象生动的小恐龙入驻新国贸饭店，分布在多层公共区域。小恐龙有着不同的颜色，分别是青、蓝、黄、绿、粉，代表着水、天空、土地、植被和动物。象征着地球生态环境保护的五大方面。

Yan Yaxing is a Chinese contemporary artist with cutting-edge concepts. He is an influential figure in contemporary environmental protection art and a pioneer experimenting with environmentalism in fashion. ‘Future’ is an environmental protection collection with five different coloured dinosaur’s each representing different elements on Earth: cyan for water, blue for the sky, yellow for Earth, greenfor plants and pink for animals. These dinosaurs will be shown at Hotel Jen Beijing public area. The collection aims to make people aware of and get people thinking about the importance of nature conservation.

Hi 艺术中心 Hi Art

Hi 艺术中心作为中国当代艺术最早的参与者和推动者之一，用环保的方式将艺术引入新国贸饭店的公共空间，带来沉浸式艺术体验，通过独特的视角、新奇的见解以及自然的体验，用艺术让大家爱上生活，享受乐趣。这次多位青年艺术家都带来了他们的作品。会在新国贸饭店一层至三层电子屏内展出。有的优雅，有的可爱，也有的发人深思。等待着和他们有缘的你。

In the L1 lobby and escalator area, and the L2 & L3 escalator areas, Hotel Jen Beijing has also partnered with Hi Art to exhibit the works of artists. Hi Art was one of the earliest participants in and promoters of contemporary Chinese art.

香雪斋 Xiang Xuezhai

香雪斋主理人，独立策展人刘雪携手诸多艺术达人，围绕本次主题人与自然展开创作。诠释着人与自然之间的各种关系。他们相信，艺术不应该与生活隔离，而是要融入于生活之中。这次达人们将通过花艺装置展示环境之美、空灵之美，将人与自然的和谐展示在大家面前。届时新国贸饭店一层和B1层将会是花的舞台，带你感受花艺的魅力。

Also following natural themes, in hotel’s public area on B1 & L1, owner of Xiang Xue Zhai and independent curator Lilac Liu presents a series of plants portraying the various relationships between mankind and nature. For this collaboration the artists will portray the beauty of the natural world using flowers, while also showing the harmonious balance between man and nature. The artists also hope that guests will takeaway a new outlook on the beauty of life and nature.
